Effective team work entails channelling your skills so that they complement the skills of others and benefit the team as a whole. It is vital that we do not allow ourselves to be threatened by the capabilities of other team members. We should not work against each other but rather work together as a united force. It is imperative that we recognize that every team member is important, each one has a role to play in contributing to the ultimate success of the team.
